COLLEMURELLO
This is the selection of Trebbiano Spoletino grape of the winery. It takes its name from Collemurello in San Gemini.
It is produced with 100% Trebbiano Spoletino grapes. Soils are located at 230 meters above sea level and they are clayey-calcareous. Vineyards are 7 years old and are trained with guyot with a yield between 600 and 800 grams per plant. Grapes are harvested by hand in 20 kg. crates.
Fermentation is spontaneous and lasts about 30 days. After racking Collemurello is aged in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 6 months. During the aging period are carried out regular batonnages. The annual production varies from 3000/3300 bottles.
