I deeply love my land, Umbria.
The desire to make its extraordinary oenological heritage known and valued has developed over time to become an overwhelming and total passion that pushes me to reach ever higher qualitative goals. My adventure as a winegrower and wine producer began more than 25 years ago. I traveled and refined my art by visiting the most famous places where the most renowned wines are produced, stealing the secrets of the trade. Thus began my challenge. Creating wines that could best express the great Umbrian wine tradition, interpreting it with a new spirit that looks to the future and to the evolution of taste. The revitalization of an almost forgotten noble vine, Ciliegiolo, was the first step. Another extraordinary protagonist of the history of wine has been added to Ciliegiolo, Grechetto. Then to follow the Trebbiano Spoletino. In a few years my production has expanded but the passion for the noble art of wine has remained unchanged. My adventure continues
The firm points I believe in.
They are called craftsmanship, uniqueness, sustainability. I firmly believe in organic and use exclusively natural pesticides. I follow the principles of organic certified by Suolo and Salute and I choose spontaneous fermentations without added yeasts, but with the “pied de cuve” system which only includes native grapes.
